Worst customer support, Cannot help your request Order - 271566 It seems that when you place an order they do not understand English on your special request. They play dumb and waist your time. I requested for them to have premium VPN and connect to my country before I will approve a login. Its been the 3 day now and they just keep delaying you and they will keep delaying you just to irritate you. This is so incompetent of them and they cannot really fulfill your requests. If you ask for a refund it is another story then they will pass your order onto the Arbitration team that usually reply in 1 - 6 hours, its now been 12 hours but I assure you they say it could tale 1 - 72 hours it will be more than that if you just let it go, so pathetic. NOW THEY BLOCK ME AND TOOK MY MONEY DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!
