My order came within a couple of days and I was kept up to date throughout the process. When the item arrived it did not match an outfit I was putting together, the colour looked different to that on-line. I sent it back on Tuesday and by the Wednesday I had received an e-mail saying that the refund had been processed. Even though I did not keep the item this time I will definitely use this site again. Very good customer service all from start to finish. :-)))
