Was thrilled to find a dress for a function I'm due to attend and found the website and ordering process simple. I received an email saying my dress was out for delivery the next day - only to then get another email saying it was out of stock!
The delivery company still sent emails saying they're sorry but they haven't received my parcel for delivery so can't deliver yet!
How come I can order but then have to have a refund?
How come the delivery service haven't been updated?
Very disappointing.
