Dresses where delivered quickly, unfortunately DPD tried to deliver them to the wrong address, not even in the road I live in, I was very cross as I was going to wear one of the dresses the next day. I had to wait until 3 days later to pick them up from a pick up point as I didn't want them delivered to the incorrect address again.
I have kept one of the dresses but returned the others.
I have had a number of items delivered from you before and never had this problem. I was not impressed either by the apology I received from the carrier.
