I ordered a dress on Sunday 19 oct & it arrived tues lunchtime at 2.10..i didnt like the dress on unfortunately so i returned the dress on weds 22 oct & today 24th oct i have already had an e mail back to say it had arrived & a refund had been organised for me...i consider this a fast & efficient customer service & i would definately return to your site....thanks x
