Ordered item and full price, but in checking a few days later had been reduced by £40. Contacted customer service and asked for a refund of the difference to avoid having to return and reorder. They offered a credit, therefore would have made sense to return and get the cash. When I remained they reimbursed eye difference back onto my card. A little bit unhappy that the dress had reduced even further by another £18 just outside the 14 days.
Not sure whether I would order from hybrid again as 14 days to return item is not long when you have demand of work, family etc. Cautious as well given the fact the dress I had originally bought for 97.00 (which is a lot of money) can reduce quite significantly to £38 in just a matter of days.
