I ordered a jacket on next day delivery . I was sent an email giving the exact hour of delivery and also a detailed online parcel tracker which was really useful, I knew exactly when it would arrive. There was also the opportunity to change the delivery if needed. I am very pleased with both the jacket and the really excellent delivery service.
