One of the best brokers at all, at least among those that I've found. First of all, it's regulated and that's good, I never trust unregulated financial companies, as I had negative experience with one of unregulated companies.
Spreads are okey, can't say they're the lowest, but if you trade Fixed spreads, then that's probably one of the best offerings. Variable spreads don't sound to be so tasty, but it's also okey, around 1.3 for majors.
