I'm trading for 9 years, 7 of them I'm with this brokerage. The best thing is that I see how brokerage is working the improving program. Company is expanding analysis and other features. For example, I like built-in ticket feature allows to instantly buy/sell assets. I think this constant progress is the most important indicator that brokerage is good and deserves your attention, as you know that sooner or later, broker woulld add new features that will improve your trading. However, I don't like that there are no 24/7 support, support eam is available only 24/5, so weekends is the time when you can't get fast answers, that's inconvinient sometimes.
