I only use the bottle for cold water but it really does work at keeping cold drinks cold for very long periods of time. I had my bottle personalised which looks really nice although the writing is maybe a little big for my tastes. The bottle is very bulky for the amount of liquid that it holds which I guess is due to the insulation. This means that it does take up quite a lot of space in bags and when full can be quite heavy. I went for a light blue colour and it became quite marked and scratched pretty much from the first day from going in and out of my bag. So if I were buying another one I would go for a darker colour.
