The small food flask was not useful. In fact I have only used it twice. Hot food causes the lid to fasten tightly and I need to use an elastic band around the lid to unlock it. Totally disappointed with this product and would not order again or recommend it.
However the thermos type water bottles have been fantastic. They do exactly as promised - keep the hot drinks very hot and cold drinks cold for the number of hours stipulated. I would recommend this product.
