I have ordered approximately 7 bottles so far (not all for me!) and I absolutely cannot fault the quality of these bottles nor the customer service throughout the order process. I have tried cheaper alternatives and they just cannot compare. In terms of service, faulty straw? New one sent in days. Wrong bottle sent? Error noted immediately, sincere apology and correct one sent again within days AND I was told to keep the incorrect one as an apology for the inconvenience! I must add that these are the only two occasions I have had to contact customer service and they have been fabulous. My only whinge is the delivery cost. It really would be better if this could be reduced slightly. Now please offer a rose gold one :)
