5 stars more for customer service than product. I ordered my bottle and when it arrived it had a really strong smell but it wouldn’t budge, which made my water taste vile. Despite trying everything and not getting any results, I messaged the Instagram page and they send me a replacement straight away. Replacement arrived and still smells slightly but I think this could be down to the ‘pee chart’ they sent INSIDE the bottle. Bottles are however lovely.
