We purchased a hot tub from Hydro Active in Doncaster and it’s amazing! We dealt with Alex who was great and really helpful in advising us which was the best spa for us. Did his upmost to get it delivered in a short time frame and communicated with us throughout the process. I have to say a special thank you to Martin (one of the Engineers from Hydro) he came out to us today and went through absolutely everything we need to know about general daily maintenance and upkeep to get the best performance out of our spa. He’s a really nice guy and nothing was too much trouble! Would highly recommend!
