Hello, thankyou for your email. I was happy with how quickly my goods were able to be picked up within 24 hours of my online shop. My order was short it’s 600mm cooling tube, which I was not worried about. I was offered the 400mm cooling tube but already have one. The staff have ordered me the 600mm cooling tube which I’m waiting for. I was not disappointed my online order was short 1 item, the staff were great by ordering me one. While I was in the shop. The proof of my happiness of this store is while in store I ended up spending another $500 something dollars as I was picking up my online order. I am a customer that has shopped since you had the little store near Kawasaki motorbike shop. All these years later I’m always still impressed on your shop and the way you are able to offer the latest products and high quality products and nutrients. Also the staff have always been great and very helpful to the point I always end up buying extra goods as they have listened to me on how my setup is and always have great suggestions on how to help my grow environment.
