Excellent service from Jaden. I rang on Saturday as my pkg had not been delivered. Aramex said it had been. Jaden assured me that he would sort it out.
Aramex had delivered it to no 155 instead of 55. An honest neighbour delivered it later that day.
The response from ARAMEX gave me no confidence that they would solve the problem.
Jaden from Hydrocentre on the other hand took ownership of the problem. What a great new team member !
