Item said it was delivered but it wasn’t. I wanted a couple of days before contacting you and ensure it didn’t get delivered late. When I contacted the customer service rep said that I need to contact USPS and when I requested a new product be sent out when I hadn’t received it in 5 days they ignored me and never write back it checked to ensure I received the product. Horrible customer service. I have been shopping with you guys for years through organic bunny, Amazon, and you directly and will no longer be buying your products after this experience.
