I order shoes and immediately cancel order as not customer service number had to be done by email.email was not read for over a week and item dispatched.
Have no way of printing returns label and have to pay for shipping!
Never had an experience like this before . So I can’t return for refund maybe that’s what your company wants . Make it as difficult as possible and pay to post !
