Awful customer service and really inconsistent quality of online purchases. Sizing is very inconsistent too, which means items have to be returned, but you have to pay for return delivery and if they don't receive it by the 14 day deadline, you don't get your money back - just credit. No adaptation of policy for either Christmas returns, or the changing situation with the pandemic. This company doesn't deserve to survive if it doesn't make some changes.
