DON'T BUY FROM THIS TERRIBLE FIRM. Backpack was of very poor quality and 2 seams staring to come apart after a couple of days use. It doesn't look strong enough to last longer than a couple of weeks to be honest. It was days late being delivered - missed my Grandson's Birthday and they refused to refund my postage, only offering me credit but as the rucksack is so poor I will NEVER buy from them again. I asked fro a refund on the postage onto my debot card but they flatly refused. Their Customer Service is very poor as well. Buy elsewhere!
