This is just as bad as it gets. Placed my order a month ago on the 27th of April. ETA was the 1st of May. Now it's 25th of May and the parcel is yet to come. Tracking status hasn't changed for weeks now. I reckon it's lost but can't claim refund from Royal Mail coz I'm not UK resident. So money is gone, parcel is god knows where. Support is ignoring my emails. What a waste...
