absolutely disgusting customer service, one star is too good they should be a minus score!!
i ordered a GIrls lucky dip on 13/8/20 they sent me a boys, they did not believe me, i sent photos, clearly with the labels saying boys, its now 19/9/20 still not resolved, they say the clothes have been labelled up wrong. but when you see them on the website they are modelled by boys , duh!! they have removed their phone number so you can only contact by email!
I have now escalated to the trading standards!!
