The communication from their customer service team is superb. It appears that their managers are also just as involved in customer matters, which really matters in the shopping experience. For example, I was having ongoing issues with a digital e-gift card which delayed the purchase of an item in high demand. They were patient and extremely helpful, and after all the trouble they kindly held the gi for me while I sorted the purchase out. Without a doubt the best e-comms shopping experience I've ever had!
