Purchased an A3 light weight gi last month, the day after the order I got a call saying they had run out of the colours I had ordered in that size. Staff were super friendly and apologetic, then talked me through all the other availabilities and express shipped my product. Arrived in 2 days. Product is great, comfortable and durable. Although they didn’t have what I ordered, the customer service and personal touch more than made up for it. I’ll continue shopping from hyperfly.
