It has been over a month since I’ve ordered my GI, the shipping courier (aramex) has been unhelpful in helping me receive my parcel. I had spent over $200 and my parcel is apparently 6 hours away, waiting to be picked up, since the 14/04 - it’s now the 02/05.
I understand as a company using a cheap shipping method is ideal, but that should not be priority over your customers! I will not even be purchasing from here again & will be passing this message onto my class 👍🏻 bugger the 20% off if you never get your parcel!
