I had a horrible experience dealing with friern barnet branch.
Awful customer service and they actually tried to force me in to accepting a deal that I didn’t want to.
The manager , Roberto is an opportunist who tries to make deals only if it benefits the company.
They donot care about customers and their need and only try to make profit by selling their products they way it’s suited them.
Be aware and try to deal with other branches to keep yourself safe and avoid losing money and your time .
