They dont have customer service... So it is not even achievable... just wanted to buy the version 2 of this product. They dont care about customer relations or service... NO RESPONSE! I highlighted 'Not applicable ' because they would not answer by phone, nor respond on chat! I did my research on this product and really wanted it! C'mon? No reach out to just say "sorry sir, we really want your service over others in the future!" Nope.... crickets. I guess i had to leave at least 1 star, but, if i was given NO help.. why would i? FRUSTRATED BEYOND BELIEF!
