I was surprised by the volume of negative reviews about this company, since my experience has been 100 percent positive. I sold my jewelry with them twice, and each time was a high quality process. Specifically, the offer for my old Tiffany's broach. It does sound like a lot of the bad reviews come from people selling their new rings, and I have no experience with what it’s really with.
