They offered a fair price. To date everything has been a smooth process. Anytime I have contacted customer service for questions, I have never had any issues reaching someone. Every person I have spoken with has been courteous and very professional. We just went through the inspection phase and are waiting to hear back from them. I'm hoping everything continues going as smoothly as it has. We are looking forward to continuing the sale process of our jewelry with Iwantwhatitsworth
