I wish there was an overall rating here " absolutely fabulous" as I would have ticked that. Very good is an understatement for the service I received from Joey. My situation ( I thought) was very complex..however, Joey , as the ultimate professional he is, explained to me and my human resources department exactly what had to be completed. Plain, simple. Not everyone has that innate ability to know his business inside out and be able to communicate well. He was flexible in appointments and location to meet which was very important to me as I was only in Scotland for a few precious days. I would recommend i2visa to anyone. Dont consider anyone else. I am now the proud owner of a resident permit for China. Thank you !
