PDF with step-by-step process for application, with detailed instructions about what information needed for information and how to put the 'envelope' together for docs, photos, invitations, passports and old visa details. I liked the idea that the turnaround in Edinburgh was quicker that London, because the office was close to the consulate (the service was cheaper than going through the London embassy). My visas arrived within the advertised 5 days window (even over the Christmas period) 5 stars!!!!
