I order an earphone from i7pro on September 2018. Since then untill now (Jan 2018) I did not get a product from i7pro. I try to send them an email many time, first they tell me to wait because the product was oversell so I wait untill november then I try to refund the money (because it’s so long to wait). But untill now I did not get any answer or the refund from them. Very very bad service.
