How can I even give a star?
Ordered EarPods on the 27/11/18, clicked the 10-25days delivery just in time for Christmas as they were a gift. Didn’t arrive.
24/12/18 I emailed to have any updates and got a response on the 4/1/19 to say they’d be here shortly. On the 6/1/19 I had a text from ‘Lomeway’ to say DPD would deliver them on 7/1/19.. still no arrival. Beyond a joke how is this site still available!!
