Received my order of blue tooth wireless earphones in September. As a gift for my partner. After a few days we realised they do not work properly. They cut out, don't hold charge, make a crackle noise. Stopped working . I emailed and was told i would get a refund. After months of chasing and not received my refund i was then told i need to return the goods then they wil refund. But i was not ever told that for the first few months of chasing. I have since been out of the country so will now send them back this week and hope i finally get my refund. I have all email correspondence as evidence. Terrible service. Very unhappy
