Item ordered on 22nd November. Didn’t arrive until the beginning of January. I was Emailed to say the item was dispatched on 5th December but unable to check this or get delivery updates as specified on the dispatch email. Emailed the company 6 times with no reply until well into the new year. Item finally arrived but suggested on the postage slip that the item wasn’t dispatched until the end of December. Item was fine once arrived but took far too long, missed Christmas and the customer service was poor.
