I placed an order on 27th November and had not had any communication regarding despatch of these goods so on the 12th Dec I contacted them asking for the order to be cancelled and for a full refund made. There was no response until on the 17th December an email was sent saying goods despatched and the day after I received a reply to my email of the 12th saying item had now been sent. It is now the 9th January and I have still not received anything.
