I informed i7Pro that my product was faulty, they eventually responded and asked me to return and would give me a refund, at this point I had looked at the reviews, I wish I had done that before I purchased. I asked if they could refund me then I would return the product as the reviews were very damming and I was worried that I would not get my refund, the responce I received from AJ was ‘mate, just get lost’
Unbelievable !!
I then put up a review in Trustpiolet, the response was ‘okay, lol’
I would never use this company again
