I ordered headphones for a Christmas present. Payment was accepted and then I received an email to say they had refunded the amount with no further explanation, so I emailed back and asked why - no response.
I then received another message for the same headphones, slightly more expensive. Again I paid, it was accepted and again they refunded - no explanation. I emailed again and to date have not had the courtesy of a reply!
I would NOT recommended i7pro, their customer service is non-existent.
