Hi , I am extremely disappointed with your company as I still have not received my order. The first order didn't arrive as you supposedly ran out of stock, I e- mailed you about this matter as you had taken my payment. The payment was refunded, and another payment has been taken and the goods have not arrived. I do wonder if I shall receive any compensation for my inconvensience. This is the reason for my low score.
