+/- 10 years as a client and now i feel unsatisfied with IC Markets In the critical situation, IC Markets support cant help. I really dissapointed with IC Markets. I had a deposit to my account and till market closed, i didnt get my deposit credited to my trading account. Live chat support also didnt provide a clear answer just said wait an wait. Now over 12 hour live support said accounts team is not working in Saturday and Sunday. I told them this is what im afraid coz market is closed. Also, im facing this same issue 3 times and they not fix the deposit system yet.
