They've been incredibly unsatisfactory in their interactions with me. Their customer support never answered my repeated questions, and my bitcoins were stranded for months. It's annoying not being able to interact with anyone. I cringe to think of how many innocent people have fallen for these scammers. Thankfully, I asked M E R S E Y H I P.
