Not listening to you at all at their support. Not even trying to understand you.
Had a query about a malfunction when trading via telephone, namely that there was no order active on my screen while I manually closed my trade (at least that's what I thought) and hitting my SL afterwards. While there was still nothing to be seen on my screen.
