The quality of a broker's customer service is critical, especially when dealing with time-sensitive trading issues. Unfortunately, IC Markets' support team was a major disappointment. On multiple occasions, I found the live chat support to be unavailable or unresponsive. Emails went unanswered for extended periods, leaving urgent queries unaddressed. This lack of timely assistance is a serious concern, as it can lead to missed opportunities or, worse, significant financial losses when a critical platform or account issue arises.
