The picture itself is great, but the product arrived somewhat damaged. The corner protectors were put on so tight as to leave impressions on the face of the canvas on all four corners. I emailed customer service who told me it was damaged in transit (which isn't completely accurate, as the corners were too tight during packing, having nothing to do with how it was transported). The emailed instructions on how to try and fix it, which didn't work. They said to continue to contact them for further help. I understand that, but I would rather not have to keep contacting them regarding a damaged product I paid money for...that's not my job, and I have way too many other issues to deal with other than spending time trying to correct their mistake.
