I ordered some wall art with Dean Russo images as a Christmas gift for my SIL who lives in another city in Canada. I appreciated the constant updates on the status of my order (received, shipped, delivered ) including tracking information. The items arrived well in advance of Christmas. My only beef is that she received a bill for duty when the package was delivered. I would have appreciated knowing this and being able to pay it in advance. Bad manners to send it to the recipient! She LOVED the products, so all ended well. I will order from this company again.
