I got a great deal on a painting my boyfriend really wanted. It shipped quickly and when it wasn't the right size, the returns process was pretty easy. It would be easier if it was automated and didn't require and back-and-forth e-mail exchange but I got it taken care of quickly and smoothly. I just mailed the return today so I still don't know how quickly my money will be returned but so far, so good!
