Ordered a 26"x40" print and it arrived damaged. iCanvas took care of return shipping and replacement promptly (within 5 biz days). Packaging protects the print at the corners but the art is damaged easily. The plastic shims that insert into the frame also fell out during shipping both times. Not sure what they do but I put them back in their place. I've ordered art in the past and there is definitely better packaging for proper shipping protection. I would order from them again bc customer service takes care of any issues.
