Service was good, the product was delivered as promised. The picture is as beautiful as I'd hoped. I think that the picture was packed and shipped before the picture was completely dried. So one edge wasn't perfect but not bad enough to return the item. That's why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. I would not hesitate to purchase from this company again, I want to support independent artists.
