The ordering process was easy and efficient. I did feel the order took a bit long before it arrived. Additionally, I was disappointed in the shipping packaging -- it was not adequate to ensure protection, in my opinion. The box was flimsy and did not offer support to the middle of the picture. My package arrived with a footprint on the middle of the box and the box was bent up and partially opened. Luckily the item was not damaged. Nevertheless, the shipping packaging should have been of higher quality and durability.
