I'm glad you asked. When the package arrived, there were boot prints all over the box and it had popped open. (I mean those big copper staples you use had come undone.) The print was not badly damaged and since it was a time sensitive gift, I kept it. I tried to communicate with your company by phone. That didn't work. Then email, that didn't work either. The UPS guy said I should tell you, so there it is. Otherwise, I love the print and my husband was delighted with his gift.
